Last week, Joel and Eric, the guys in our group who were going to go, sat all the rest of us down very seriously with an assignment.
"We have something we need you to do while we're gone," Joel explained solemnly, "and it's very important that you do it."
We listened carefully as he explained that we needed to appoint an "ambassador of fun," or have a contest between ourselves to decide who it would be. Our ambassador was to schedule five fun activities to complete during the two weeks they would be gone. These activities would have to be documented and sent to Joel and Eric in Israel as proof that we are completing our assignment, and well, I'm the blogger and therefore the documenter, so I'm obligated to report activity number one (and most likely all subsequent activities as well):
And if you just can't get enough of us, here's another video of Eric and Sharon putting in the last piece of our puzzle the other day. Yes. We have a puzzle at work. Yes. We realize how dorky we are.
Also, Eric will be putting together a video blog from Israel as well, if you're interested. He'll post there every day. But seriously, it can't possibly be as interesting as our "look, we played Wii and finished a puzzle" video blogs, right? Ha. Ha ha ha ha.
I will leave you with a few pictures from today, Eric and Joel, in case the video was not evidence enough of fun thing #1:
